Our first full day back in Tokyo began as we meant to go on – with parks, shrines, and temples. The weather had returned to bright and chilly, perfect for plenty of comfortable outdoor walking. We started with breakfast at a chain I hadn’t heard of before – Eggslut. Apparently it’s a thing, but I prefer my eggs a little more cooked. It made for a change, though I’m not rushing back. From there, we set off on foot through a huge urban park, reminiscent of New York’s Central Pa
