Diddly Squat Farm

Putting politics to one side - it’s a nice day out.

Parking was well managed, easy to park, no delays and a quick walk across to the farm shop.

The queue to the Diddly Squat Farm Shop at around 12:00 on a Tuesday was madness. We didn’t bother - but then again we didn’t need anything.

Instead we went around the back and split a bacon sandwich and had a coffee each. There were lots of seats, the area was very tidy and plenty of people were on the beer. The bacon sandwich was really very good - well cooked and felt worth the price - I think it was £7.50. Brown sauce was nice as well - not the cheap stuff that you get from a van in the B&Q car park.

Would have  liked to have a bit of a walk further into the farm fields - out and back - isn’t that something that would be a positive addition?

Anyway - nice day out, but leave time for the massive queue to get into the farm shop - my estimate for today was over an hour.
